Productive Stupidity--NOT an Oxymoron

"Stupidity in Research"

...Basically, life should not be about being the smartest, but the one who encounters personal stupidity and figures out a way to solve it.  Genius, really.

  1. I love this. But I would like to add that, to me, one aspect of being successful is being happy, and the happiest people are those who not only solver personal stupidity, but who laugh at it and enjoy themselves in the process.

  2. Happiness part of success? Pish posh.

Actually, I completely agree with you. I hadn't noticed that enjoying the process ("finding joy in the journey," if you will) wasn't part of the article. Seriously, life would be more dull or dreary if I couldn't laugh at myself. That's how I avoid embarrassment, PS. :D
